Brief: Temporary plant installations to create a unique atmosphere

As part of the build-up team for the BST Hyde Park concert series, held in London's Hyde Park, we are proud to have delivered temporary planting installations across a range of hospitality, VIP and backstage areas since 2023. The brief is to transform functional event spaces into welcoming, memorable environments that feel distinctive, immersive and tailored to their audience. Each area has its own character, from an Ibiza beach-house vibe to woodland tranquillity and relaxed English country garden-inspired settings.

Drawing on a variety of influences, seasonal planting and natural materials, we create installations that soften hard landscaping and bring colour, texture and atmosphere to key locations across the site. Working collaboratively with multiple contractors within a live construction environment, every installation is delivered to demanding programmes and tight deadlines. The result is a collection of vibrant, nature-rich spaces that elevate the guest experience and provide a memorable backdrop for performers, partners and visitors alike.
